چکیده
Printed electronics are manufactured using additive methods and envisioned as "green", low-cost, energy-efficient, sustainable alternatives to present-day electronics. The present Multi-perspective Application Selection (MPAS) assessment aims assess the current state of technology evaluate products in which applications printed would be feasible. MPAS is a multi-stage tool apt for decision-making identifying technologically feasible environmentally novel technologies. first step process involved identification all possible may replace conventional circuit boards (PCBs). For same, 11 application categories electrical electronic equipment were considered. Then, by assessing user acceptance criteria each specific category, unsuitable filtered out from study. Only those with achievable preselected promising final evaluation considered technical sustainability advantages replacing PCBs within categories. Thus, yielded low-voltage low-frequency medium-low lifetimes (specifically clocks, toys, personal medical tests, radios, keyboards, mice, calculators) technically product Furthermore, (such smart posters, pamphlets, packaging, etc.) also found suitable applications; however, management large quantities waste generated such recognized concern.
